We have had a long and very satisfying relationship with your firm over the 25 years we’ve lived in South Russell. We have never had a bad experience with your products or your personnel. Last weeks service call was no exception. Steven came out - the latest in a long line of great technicians since you installed our air conditioning in 1980 and our new furnace in 1993. Steven, who’s been here before, examined our furnace and air conditioning system and pronounced it in excellent shape. He gave me some tips about new filter systems and how we might want to upgrade the system. Our HVAC system continues to work wonderfully. This was just another neat Cleveland Air Comfort experience for the Hiltys. Keep up the good work; we like your entire staff treats customers with respect, and it is such a good tactic to walk around customer’s homes in stocking feet. My wife thinks that may be the ultimate consideration for customers.

Ginny and I want to thank you for the expert job your men did on installing our furnace. Rich and Ron, your installers, were very professional, polite and very, very neat. The basement was cleaner after they finished than before they started. We have never had your house so comfortable and hold heat like it does. We cannot hear the firnace at all and our house is very evenly heated. We thank you for all the questions you answered for us and the time you gave us explaining the benefits of the new types of furnaces. We are very satisfied and would recommend your company to anyone.
